SLIDING WINDOW

Vent your portable air conditioner with our Custom AC Window Ventilation Panels stylishly. Sliding windows require a different method for screen replacement compared to other window types. 
 
These custom panels are laser cut from acrylic (plexiglass) to fit your sliding window perfectly. Each panel includes a quick-attach vent system that securely locks into the panel, ensuring a tight seal and making hose connection simple and efficient. Ideal for sliding windows, our acrylic ventilation panels come in custom dimension options available upon your request.
 
To determine the correct panel size, insert your tape measure into the top track of your sliding window and measure down to the top edge of the bottom window frame. Once you have your panel, install it by placing the top edge into the upper track, then slide the bottom edge into place. Finally, close your window to secure the panel.

SINGLE/DOUBLE HUNG

Either single-hung window or double-hung window, they look great on traditional homes — farmhouses, Colonials, Craftsman Bungalows, Cape Cods, and more.
Designed specifically for single and double-hung windows, these custom acrylic panels come with a quick attach vent system.
To accurately measure for both single and double-hung windows, insert your tape measure fully into one side of the window track, then measure across to the inside edge of the opposite window frame.

To finalize the installation, place your custom AC panel into the window track, slide it into position, and simply close the window.

AWNING/BASEMENT

Awning and basement windows often go overlooked when it comes to home ventilation. Due to their location, basement windows typically offer limited airflow. However, their rectangular shape makes them ideal for fitting into challenging spots.
No worries—we’re here to make installing a portable AC unit simple and stress-free! Our Custom AC Window Ventilation Panels are specially designed to vent portable air conditioners through awning windows.
To determine the correct panel size, simply measure your window screen from outside edge to outside edge. If your window includes compression springs, add an extra 1/8″ to the screen height. Once you have your panel, insert it into your window frame, then secure it using a push tool or nano tape.

CASEMENT

Casement windows feature a simple design that opens outward like a door, making them one of the most popular window styles. Our casement window vent kits are expertly laser-cut from high-quality acrylic (plexiglass) panels, tailored to your selected color and thickness. Each kit includes a quick-attach vent system that locks securely into the panel, ensuring a tight seal and effortless hose connection.
Once you’ve provided your window measurements—taken from the outer edge to outer edge—we will custom-cut your AC panel to match the exact size of your window screen, allowing it to fit seamlessly just like the original. If your window has compression springs, please add an extra 1/8″ to the screen height. Even if your screen features a measurement label, we recommend physically measuring it to ensure accuracy.
