How do I receive my invoice?

How fast will you deliver my order or can I also pick up my order in person?

Typically, the production process is completed within 2 business days, after which your shipment is handed over to the courier. If you prefer to pick up your order from our location, we will notify you as soon as production is completed within the 2-business-day timeframe.

How are the shipping costs calculated?

Each custom shipment is calculated based on the current courier policy and current conditions.

Are shipping costs incurred for product samples?
