What is Plexiglass/acrylic product?
Plexiglass and acrylic are two names for the same material: polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). Widely recognized for its durability and versatility, acrylic plastic is often used as a glass substitute in sheet form, but it also serves many other purposes. Unlike glass, acrylic maintains its shape over time without shrinking and offers greater flexibility. It is more sensitive to temperature changes compared to glass, but its surface resistivity is higher than that of most plastics, making it an excellent choice for projects requiring effective insulation.
What is the difference between Extruded and Cast acrylic?
Cast acrylic sheets are lightweight and available in various colors and thicknesses, offering better thermal stability compared to extruded acrylic. When engraved, they achieve a frosted look. These sheets are commonly used in Point-Of-Purchase (POP) and store displays, skylights, furniture, picture frames, and aerospace products. The casting process allows for thicker sheets than those made through extrusion, making cast acrylic ideal for impact-resistant applications, such as bullet-resistant and security solutions.
What is ACM product?
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) consists of two pre-finished aluminum sheets bonded to a polyethylene core, forming a sturdy yet lightweight panel. Unlike traditional aluminum panels or other metals, ACM provides comparable rigidity and thickness but with a more lightweight design. These sheets are widely used for outdoor and indoor signage, channel letter backings, wall liners, architectural cladding, and insulation.
What is E-PVC product?
Expanded PVC, also known as PVC foam board or PVC foam sheet, is made from foam polyvinyl chloride, despite its name suggesting a typical foam composition. With properties similar to wood, metal, and aluminum, Expanded PVC can be easily cut, machined, nailed, glued, and screwed. Available in a wide range of colors, E-PVC is an ideal substrate for digital and screen printing, painting, laminating, vinyl lettering, and shaping projects.
What is Foam Board product?
Foam Board is an ideal option for durable interior displays and signage, offered in a variety of thicknesses and colors to meet different style preferences. It features high impact resistance, polystyrene facers, a lightweight structure, and exceptional strength. The use of adhesive ensures both flatness and rigidity, boosting its overall performance. Foam Board is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including tradeshow displays, wayfinding signs, and POP retail graphics.
What is Cprrugated Board product?
Fluted polypropylene, commonly referred to as corrugated plastic, is a cost-effective solution known for its lightweight yet durable design. These sheets provide excellent chemical resistance, waterproofing, moisture resistance, weather durability, and anti-corrosion features. Due to these benefits, corrugated plastic is widely used for both indoor and outdoor signage, as well as trade show and retail displays. Corrugated plastic sheets can be produced in a variety of colors by adjusting the master batch. Additionally, they are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, making them a sustainable choice.
